Hiba Tahir is a fourth-year MFA candidate in poetry at the University of Arkansas. She has a B.A. in English and news-editorial journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi and currently serves as social media director of Open Mouth Literary Center, senior editor of the University of Arkansas Honors College, and on the editorial board of Nimrod International Journal.
