Elizabeth Muscari is a third-year MFA poetry candidate at the University of Arkansas and previously earned her BA in English from the University of Arkansas. She is currently the Development Director for The Arkansas International. Her poetry has been awarded the University of Arkansas’s 2020 and 2022 Felix Christopher McKean Award, a 2021 finalist for the Mid-America Arts Alliance’s Artists 360, and has appeared or is forthcoming in Waccamaw Journal, The Nashville Review, Muzzle Magazine, among others. A proud Razorback and lover of all things creative writing, Elizabeth is happy to be part of the University of Arkansas Writers in the Schools team and looks forward to teaching across the state!
