Sarah Barch is a second-year MFA candidate in poetry at the University of Arkansas. She grew up in Olive Branch, MS and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BA in English and minors in Art and Classics. She is currently working on a collection of revised fairy tales that explore absurdity as a vehicle for thinking about gender and trauma. When she is not writing poems, Sarah can be found cooking with her husband, making art, and watching basketball.
