Jenee is a first year MFA student at the University of Arkansas in fiction. She was born and raised Rochester, NY. She has a dual degree from SUNY Brockport in Dance and English with a concentration in Creative Writing. Before coming to Arkansas she studied abroad at Oxford, UK and then joined AmeriCorps. Her interests include dance therapy, film, mental health, and race and gender explorations.
