ODE TO DOORS

Doors give us privacy.
Doors keep in cold air,
Doors separate rooms,
Without you doors, we care.

How To Fall In Love

First you jump up to the bar.
Next, you flip over the bar.

Untitled

People do not dream about surfing on the moon,
Pink cows throwing the stars.
People do no dream about true love, they
Do not dream about landing in the hot desert.
What do they dream about?
All that work, dancing on Mars.
Playing in a band. And all those tangles in my hair.

Lydia Ramsey

Boom

The explosion changed the way I thought about Chuck Norris.
I was eating whalecorn like I was starving and I thought,
Hey Chuck Norris isn’t all that great.
Then I flicked the channel and it said “Breaking News: Chuck Norris just killed the
biggest whalecorn ever.” Then I was like party with crickets.

Ode to a Dollar

Dollar, you would buy wonderful things,
Dollar I would have hundreds of you,
I’d love to be rich if you were here.
But you’re not because my dad spent you.
