LEACHVILLE
I know I’m in Leachville when 50 foot trees
soar around me. When everywhere I go, there is cotton.
When puddles of water lay everywhere.
When cool breezes run over me.
When birds chirp.
When the flowers dance in the wind.
When the dodgeballs hit me in the face.

When I went to school
When I went to school, I was so full of
embarrassment. I had an egg on my head, it smells
like grease. All I could see was people staring
and laughing at me. I felt my leg, it felt like wood.
All I heard when I got in the classroom
was gross and eww. I had a taste in my mouth
that tasted like bark. That was the worst day
of school, but it was just one little dream.

A scary fat cat is
in my yard. He is a fat cat
and is slimy. It has red eyes
vampire teeth and it likes blood.
He is in pain cause no one
thinks he is scary. He said
he loves and misses his girlfriend.
I said shut up and get over it.

My Love
My love is like
a school of fish
a cat drinking water
a dog taking a bath
a hunter in the woods.

The Minotaur
The Minotaur was like the kid
that ate too much candy.
The Minotaur smelled like a
hamburger before it was cooked.
The Minotaur looked like a giant cow
that became self-aware.
The Minotaur sounded as angry
as my dog when she hears something.
The Minotaur felt like the big hairy
dude at the gym.
